Public Health Emergency Preparedness Serving as a primary local resource for communicable disease tracking and reporting first line of defense during public health emergencies and disasters.
Adult and Child Health Assessments
Physical assessments, KanBe Healthy and other screenings.
Communicable Disease Control
Testing, treatment, and follow-up for communicable diseases including Sexually Transmitted Diseases and HIV/AIDs.
Family Planning
Contraceptive counseling, pap smears, pregnancy testing and contraceptive supplies.
Healthy Start
Home and hospital visits to mothers and newborns providing education on infant/child health and care.
Immunizations
Childhood vaccinations and adult vaccinations including Hepatitis A and B; Influenza, Pneumonia, Tetanus and Shingles.
WIC
Women, Infants and Children
Supplemental food program for breastfeeding, post-partum, pregnant women; infants
